This position will be responsible for overseeing the guest recreation and activities programs. Creatively tailors our activities programs to the needs, wants, and preferences of our guests. Provide a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all owners and guests, by monitoring daily programs and day-to-day operations, consistently monitoring and enforcing safety rules, and ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.


  • Continuously researches and implements new activities, promotes and engages our guests, keeping a look out for guest preferences, new trends, and what is going on in the area. Maintains a Guest Activities Calendar, but is flexible to creating spontaneous activities, when the opportunities arise.
  • Maintains a high quality of positive engagement and interaction with our guests, ensuring each interaction enhances their experience staying with us. Also, responsible for addressing any owner or guest concerns directly and fully to their satisfaction.
  • Actively lead and engage with team members. Provide ongoing training and on-going employee relations for staff, to include engagement, recognition, coaching, counseling, and corrective action where necessary. Ensures that all team members maintain any necessary licenses. Assures all company Human Resources policies and procedures are followed and properly applied to all reporting personnel.
  • Perform safety and cleanliness inspections prior to and during the daily operation; coordinate with other departments to achieve preventive maintenance and repairs. Assign and ensure completion of maintenance and cleaning duties. Maintain inventory of all supplies needed to the activities program.
  • Responsible for meeting all guest service standards and measurements goals. Manage scheduling of operations and ensures adequate staffing to meet all safety and guest service standards.


Job Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • 2 years of relevant supervisory experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field preferred
  • Ability to motivate, engage and lead employees



  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experienced in team building and motivating large audiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • Working outside in the weather
