This position will be responsible for coordination and administration of various human resources tasks and functions. Will review, scan, download and audit documents into employee personnel files. May coordinate attendance at various training functions. Will manage data, run reports and perform assorted administrative and project management tasks associated with Performance Management, Employee Engagement Surveys and Action Plans, Open Enrollment Periods, New Hire Orientation including work authorization and license tracking, and other projects as assigned. The Human Resources Coordinator may be required to answer general inquiries from team members.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS :  

 

1.      Manage employee personnel files to include reviewing, scanning and downloading various documents to said files on a routine basis. Auditing files for accuracy. Assisting with pre-employment and onboarding processes and paperwork as assigned.

2.      Responding to employee questions and concerns referring them to alternate information sources when appropriate.

3.      Unemployment Claim Administration, other administrative tasks as assigned.

4.      Various administrative and project management processes associated with HR initiatives including engagement surveys, performance management, succession planning, etc.

5.      Assist with leave management compliance to include return from leave paperwork, labor law updates, administration and assorted follow up.

Job Requirements



EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • College and Human Resources experience preferred.

 



CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Any Certifications a plus. 
     


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Able to multi-task and produce work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic, high energy level and positive attitude.
  • Proven exceptional customer service skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Excellent computer skills; must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Kronos or Ultipro experience is a plus.
  • Self-directed and independent but works as a team player.
  • Process oriented with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills, bilingual a plus.
  • Two years of experience managing personnel records, performing audits, etc.
