POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Support Facilities Office Services Team in a variety of customer service related matters. Responsibilities include stocking break and copy rooms, event set ups, and performing mail room functions including FedEx, UPS, mail metering, personal mail, sorting, and package tracking system. Candidates should have good customer service skills including written and verbal communication.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS (up to five):
% of Time
(equals 100%)
1. Mail duties including shipping, receiving, delivery, mail sorting, and mail metering (50%)
2. Responding to Facility requests such as stocking break and copy room supplies and event set ups (50%)

Job Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• GED, High School Diploma required.
• Previous facilities / mail experience preferred
• Customer service experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with mail services
• Ability to effectively communicate through cell phone, email, conference calls, texting tools
• Ability to provide efficient, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information and respond effectively to customers and sensitive situations.
