Job Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This position will be responsible for supporting the Sales & Marketing Teams by validating and correcting line items which are reporting incorrect data in regards to payroll processing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Daily validation and correction of all fees processed by the Tour and Travel team.
  • Daily reporting summary to the Tour and Travel Leadership Team regarding fees and corrections.
  • Daily summary/description errors, summary of reasons for the corrections.
  • Ad-hoc analyses, of additional payroll action items.

 

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in related fields, desired.
  • Previous General Ledger experience, desired
  • Previous Payables experience, desired.
  • Previous Payroll Processing experience, desired.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook and have the ability to learn additional software.
  • Must be detail oriented with high level of accuracy.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and balance priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
