This position will be responsible for booking, tracking and reporting all Points Partner reservations for Holiday Inn Club. You must have a detailed sophisticated knowledge of all Partner offerings and associated policies and procedures. Required to accurately calculate points to complete transactions, accurately input data for tracking on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and work directly with members via incoming calls or email to book Partner transactions. As a Club Partner, you must provide outstanding quality and service to customers, serve as a backup and take overflow calls for Owner Support / Club as needed. Club Partners maintain detailed knowledge of overall Holiday Inn Club and Orange Lake owner support programs, serve as a primary point of contact for all areas of partner fulfillment including problem resolution and customer service which may require interaction with 3rd party vendors.


  • Answer incoming calls from Holiday Inn Club members requesting reservations for Points Partners.
  • Application of sales/service techniques.
  • Work with 3rd party vendors and fulfillment entities to ensure outstanding quality experience for the members.
  •  Will take general Owner Support / Club incoming calls on an as needed basis.




Job Requirements

  • Must have been employed in the Owner Support department for at least three (3) months.
  • Previous reservation and customer service experience in a call center or resort environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the Holiday Inn Club program preferred
  • Must be English/Spanish Bilingual.
