Job Description


The Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant II is responsible for all administrative tasks as well as various duties to support the Sales and Marketing Training Team and the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing Training. The Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant II will provide full administrative support to ensure the Sales and Marketing Training Team is accomplishing all of their daily/weekly tasks accurately and in a timely manner in order to meet/exceed departmental and Company goals.


  • Coordinate the distribution of the various weekly and monthly Sales and Marketing Training reports to include updating the Ride Evaluation and Action Plan Logs on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Review, separate and distribute monthly Evaluation Report for Training UP Ride program results.
  • Ensure all Ride Evaluations are saved in the correct digital folder for each Team Member and all Ride
  • Evaluation logs with Action Plans are completed and submitted in a timely manner with completed Action Plans.
  • Review and maintain the Fast Track report and ensure all applicable corrective actions are completed and submitted in a timely manner. Review Fast Track report and ensure makeup Fast Track training is completed.
  • Ensure Training Smartsheets are updated by removing all inactive Team Members off the Smartsheet reports.
  • Maintain, order all training materials for Region 1; conduct inventory counts on a quarterly basis to ensure appropriate levels of supplies are available for the Sales and Marketing Training Team.
  • Compile all applicable Sales and Marketing material to prepare all on-boarding binders in a timely manner. Direct incoming communication to proper source. Process travel & entertainment requests as needed by the Management team.

Job Requirements


  • Requires excellent organizational skills and possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High School Diploma, GED equivalent. AA or BA a plus, but not required.
  • Administrative experience preferred.


  • Review, maintain or save all team members digital files in the R:drive (i.e. Evaluations, FT/G2G Attendance, NTF’s)
  • Prepare all applicable material/reports required to conduct Sales and Marketing New Hire Training Classes and Fast Track Training.
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Assist Senior Management and/or the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing Training with various projects
