This position will be responsible for building the HCV brand through the oversite and management of content that engages audiences across at-home and on-property communication channels. Serve as a strategic thought partner to internal clients and translate their needs into impactful content strategies and creative briefs. Inspire and inform internal and external creative teams and oversee the content creation process from input to implementation. Advocate for new ways to tell the HCV brand story through compelling content.


  • Gathers all necessary input from clients, crafts content strategies and creative briefs, kicks-off creative process, partners with and guides internal and external agencies throughout the development process.
  • Manages client/partner expectations through regular communications and status updates. Responsible for creating project schedules and ensures problems are handled promptly and efficiently. Facilitates communication between the clients and creative team.
  • Works to keep all projects on time and on budget, looks for ways to improve processes and procedures. Communicates swiftly and accurately to all team members, leadership and partners


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in one of the following:  Account Management, Marketing Strategy, Brand Management
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Agency experience a plus
  • Solid understanding of the changing digital landscape and digital content
  • Must be able to collaborate and develop strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to demonstrate end-to-end thinking through projects
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
  • Proficient in prioritizing, organizing and delegating assignments
  • Advanced presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess well-developed judgment, interpersonal and communication skills
  • An analytical as well as a creative approach to tasks
